Verbella CMG, LLC is a Gold Level Kofax Certified Solution Partner (CSP).  We have on staff Kofax Certified Capture Consultants  (KC3)  who in order to complete their certification had to demonstrate proficient competency in all 3 core areas of Kofax - Kofax Capture, Kofax Transformation Modules and Kofax Capture Network Server (KCNS, -formally ACIS Ascent Capture Internet Service). 

Verbella has more then 5 years of Kofax Capture / Kofax Ascent installation and configuration experience.  Verbella CMG, can easily install and configure your new Kofax System, or upgrade an existing system effortlessly.

Verbella CMG offers the following Kofax Consulting Services 

Kofax Transformation Modules (KTM)  (formally Xtrata Pro)

Verbella CMG was one of the first companies to have consultants certified on Xtrata Pro, more then 3 years ago.  Today Xtrata Pro has been rename Kofax Transformation Modules or KTM for short.  Verbella CMG, offers professional services around installation and configuration of KTM, as well as services around optimizing KTM's Knowledge Bases and validation screens.

Kofax Capture Network Server

Verbella CMG, has also successfully installed and configured numerous KCNS/ACIS (Ascent Capture Internet Server), which allows customers to control the distributed scanning process by allowing the central site to control the remote site and to allow as much document processing to be performed locally.

Kofax Export Connector for ERP

Verbella CMG is proud to be 1 of 2 known Kofax CSP's licensed and certified to resell, install and configure the Kofax Release Script for SAP.   The Kofax Export Connector for ERP (formally know as AR4ERP) has been ArchiveLink Certified by SAP and makes integrating Kofax into SAP a snap.   Verbella CMG has installed this release script over a dozen times at some of the largest SAP customers.

Kofax Maintenance and Support

Verbella CMG, offers 1st Level support for all Kofax software products we sell as well as second-level support on the Kofax Export Connector for ERP.    Verbella also welcomes existing Kofax users who are unhappy with their existing support and maintenance contracts to switch their contracts over to Verbella.  Most support issues received through our support hotline and email address can be resolved quickly and without much interruption to your business.  The response times are typically 4 hours and most have a resolution within 24 hours.
